About the Founder
Hi, I am Damir Pervan, a Croatian Entrepreneur and Senior Highway Engineer. Although I have built a couple of successful businesses in the past, one of my proudest accomplishments so far is PERVAN.
I founded PERVAN in March 2016 because I enjoy solving complex civil engineering problems. Nothing brings me more energy and joy.
Inspired by a great publication from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation called Growth Within: A Circular Economy Vision for a Competitive Europe, I decided to focus the company solely on sustainable highway engineering design.
I firmly believe we need to accelerate the sustainable revolution in civil engineering, especially in how we design, build and maintain our infrastructure. The timing is perfect because we now have the technology and sufficient public awareness to make a change.
